How long will my order take to be delivered?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, our processing time takes 1-2 business days (5-7 business days for custom jewelry), and after our processing time it usually takes 4-12 business days for shipping to the USA and 6-20 business days for international shipping (depending on the country). All USA orders are shipped from Los Angeles using USPS. We are pleased to say we are still operating and accepting orders during covid.

We do not ship on any national holidays or weekends.

When will I get a tracking number?
All U.S. orders will receive a tracking number via email 2-3 days after you place an order. If the tracking number doesn't work immediately, please wait 24 hours after receiving it for the tracking number to be registered in the USPS system and try again.
